Position Overview We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Principal Program Manager to join our enablement team.You will report to our Senior Manager, Tools and Process Enablement and be responsible for planning and executing programs to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.When you join us, as the Principal Program Manager you will work with multiple stakeholders, including executives, project managers, and cross-functional teams, to deliver successful outcomes.Responsibilities Define program scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders Develop detailed program plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies Manage program activities, ensuring agreement on organizational goals and priorities You will lead cross-functional teams, providing clear direction Facilitate communication among team members, stakeholders, and leadership You will mentor team members, promoting a collaborative and productive work environment Engage with and understand their needs and expectations, ensuring they are met throughout the program lifecycle Prepare and deliver regular program status updates, reports, and presentations Manage relationships, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction Identify potential risks that could hinder program success, developing mitigation strategies Monitor program progress, proactively addressing any deviations from the plan Conduct post-program evaluations to identify lessons learned and opportunities for improvement Manage program budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources Monitor program expenditures, making adjustments to stay within budget Ensure resources are available and allocated to achieve program goals Minimum Qualifications Experience as a Program Manager or in a similar role, with experience managing large-scale programs Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.G., MS Project, Asana, Trello) PMP, or similar project or program management certification 5+ Years of experience on a global enablement team 5+ Years of experience supporting a revenue generating organization Preferred Qualifications Master's degree #LI-AS1 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Aperçu du poste Nous recherchons un gestionnaire de programme principal experimente et dynamique pour rejoindre notre equipe d'habilitation
