The new Principal Product Marketing Manager on the Digital Services team will develop the value proposition, positioning, narrative, messaging, and core content for our HP Workforce Experience Platform (https://www.Hp.Com/workforceexperience).
We are excited to bring in a leader with proven SaaS product marketing experience to transform the way we market this offering and connect with CIOs and IT managers. To succeed, you must effectively collaborate with the business unit, regional marketing leaders, insights, Marcom, and Public Relations to deliver the vision. You are a strong people leader, visionary, innovative thinker, and influencer who can stitch product, sales, and marketing needs and constraints to deliver on-target narratives that help exceed company goals. You have a mix of technical savvy with strong storytelling to bring to life state-of-the-art technology to everyday customers.
Responsibilities:Synthesizes insights, competitive intelligence, product usage, and consolidated VOC reports on HP software solutions.Defines the customer problem and works cross-functionally to ensure product-customer fit.Simplifies persona development and develops buyer graphs to inform marketing content, media, and GTM strategy.Sets vision for product naming and branding architecture.Delivers portfolio and product value proposition and user selling proposition.Delivers launch core content, PR briefing docs, and product messaging.Provides marketing/brand guidance to global and local Marcom to drive win rates for products and services.Qualifications:8+ years of experience in Product Marketing and Brand Marketing.5+ years of SaaS marketing/product marketing experience.Experience in the digital employee experience (DEX) industry is preferred.Proven ability to articulate and communicate vision and narratives.Demonstrated competence in leading and inspiring cross-functional teams to action.Expert in writing product positioning materials and experience in partnership with marketing and PR on customer messaging.Strong business acumen and experience with a deep understanding of product, sales, and marketing constraints.Ability to create and leverage product marketing frameworks to operationalize and drive consistency of narrative and launch deliverables.Aptitude to synthesize data, insights, and research to develop business cases to improve customer product fit.Able to identify market opportunities and articulate competitive differentiators.About HP: You're out to reimagine and reinvent what's possible—in your career and the world around you. Compensation:Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is $118,050.00 -- $181,800.00 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
