Experience in technical product management, program management, or engineering.Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.Experience owning roadmap strategy and definition.Experience with end-to-end product delivery.BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with experience working with Tech teams.4+ years of experience building technical products.Experience defining a strategy and defining roadmaps and goals to address them.Experience communicating with technical and non-technical senior stakeholders across multiple business units.Experience in product management of multiple initiatives with competing priorities and disparate resourcing.Experience working at the program level, defining and managing business requirements and outcomes with our business partners, and working with technical teams to create and integrate relevant projects into that vision.Strong written communication skills: this role will require the creation of whitepapers and other written deliverables.Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.Experience with feature delivery and product tradeoffs.Superior analytical and quantitative skills; experience in data collection, model building, testing, and validation.8+ years of experience building technical products.Experience in Machine Learning projects for Machine Translation or for Search (matching, query understanding, ranking).Experience with the SCRUM methodology for agile software development.Demonstrated experience delivering high-level technical designs at the systems interface level.Experience designing software architectures for scalability, reliability, and performance.
