Principal Product Manager - SaaS, B2B, ERP CataloniaAre you an experienced PM strategy contributor with either NetSuite or SaaS/B2B/ERP experience?We are growing our strategy team at Oracle NetSuite and are willing to hire a Principal Product Manager to contribute to:ResponsibilitiesProblem Analysis & Insights- Analyze and provide insights on the problem areas within our mid-market sub-segments.- Align on solutions that address these problem areas effectively.Data Definition- Define and analyze usage data to inform product decisions and strategies.- Provide guidance on product scope and prioritize solutions.MoSCoW DraftingDrive the creation of detailed MoSCoW drafts to prioritize product features and requirements.Coordinate and collaborate with Application, Foundation, and other key stakeholders to align on milestones.Assist with scope questions to ensure clarity and alignment across teams.Work closely with engineering, design, GTM, services, legal, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on strategy.QualificationsProven track record in product management with a focus on B2B SaaS software products.Deep understanding of the mid-market segment and its specific needs and challenges.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.Ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Why Oracle NetSuiteAt Oracle NetSuite, we care!
