THIS ROLE CAN BE BASED IN MILAN, MADRID, LONDON, PARIS, DUSSELDORF, WARSAW Purpose Statement Supports the Urology (EMEA) leadership by providing pricing support & governance, pricing strategy, enhancement to pricing tools and processes and ad hoc analyses.
This position will assure a competitive pricing for all of our products and services and insure that the appropriate controls are in place for compliance with the corporate financial policies.
Partner with marketing and sales teams to set up optimal pricing strategies for Urology product and service portfolio.
Leverage a data-driven approach to deal design, maximizing value generation and commercial impact of Urology offerings on key deals.
Enhance pricing tools available to the organization through strong collaboration with cross-divisional teams.
Proactively identify pricing and commercial opportunities at market and customer level.
Utilize meaningful analytics to generate actionable insights for strong execution from a pricing and commercial standpoint.
Responsibilities: Divisional Collaboration: Coordinate the annual price revision and review process.
Partner with Franchise/Product Marketing, Country Marketing, and the Sales Organization to formulate the annual strategic view on pricing and final pricing strategy agreement.
Pricing/Profitability Achievement: Ensure a successful implementation and execution of the cross-divisional profitability program within Urology, following established guidelines, requested actions, milestones, targets, and deadlines.
Support Global Marketing Strategy: Provide input for the Strategic Plan and Annual Operating plan with market sizing, projections, and collaborate with ad hoc requests to support divisional and regional presentations.
Business Partnership and Data to Action: Ensure dedicated price/profit reviews within the Quarterly Business Review (QBR) process across all Sales Clusters and regions.
Pricing Management and Governance: Manage operational pricing and profit topics, including EMEA distributor pricing revisions and optimizations.
Margin and Pricing Forums: Establish dedicated meetings for divisional stakeholders to evaluate main pricing topics.
Optimize Approval Workloads: Ensure an appropriate number of approval requests are processed across all countries and hierarchy levels.
Perform Pricing Analytics: Support ad-hoc, new product, and annual price revisions and complete special analysis requests.
Role Requirements: 2-4 years professional experience in Pricing, Commercial Strategy, Commercial Excellence, Financial Planning & Analysis, Marketing functions within structured environments.
At least 2 years professional experience in Pricing, preferably in a B2B environment.
Clear & strategic thinker with strong marketing, commercial, and financial acumen.
Rigorous, with a strong analytical mindset, structured and organized.
Proactive, self-starter with a curious attitude.
Excellent collaboration skills and a team player.
Capable of communicating complex concepts and findings simply and immediately.
Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus.
Bachelor's degree or MSc (preferred) with a strong analytical component (e.g., economics, management, finance, statistics).
Fluency in English and ideally in at least another language (e.g., French, Spanish, German).
Strong knowledge of key Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Knowledge of Tableau is a plus.
