Schneider Digital is the digital department of Schneider Electric, leading the digital transformation in the company by giving support globally to our internal teams and our clients. Schneider Digital consists of 6 Digital Hubs worldwide which are strategically located to ensure a 24/7 support across the company (France, China, India, USA, Mexico and Spain). Our Digital Hub in Barcelona is formed by +450 employees working in strategic projects and different roles such as Data, Cybersecurity, ERP, Cloud, Infrastructures, IT Project Management or Digital Marketing.
We are seeking an Order Experience Digital Product Owner to join our team. This person will be responsible for defining and delivering innovative digital features that enhance the customer ordering experience and therefore drives business growth. It involves extensive collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Digital Customer Relationship (DCR) domains, UX design, domain marketing, and customer support, to ensure that our product meets the needs of customers while aligning with the overall business strategy.
Main responsibilities Product Strategy and Vision, in collaboration with OX domain team:Develop and communicate a clear vision and roadmap for the OX-SD applications that aligns with business objectives and customer needs.Understand market trends / competitive analysis, and user behaviors to gather insights and inform product direction.Stay current with trends, technologies, and best practices to innovate and enhance product functionality.Backlog Management:Create and maintain a prioritized product backlog that reflects stakeholder and customer priorities.Contribute to the management & prioritization of new Ideas/Business Requirements from request to delivery.Conceive detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, focusing on user experience, technical feasibility, and business impact.Facilitate backlog grooming sessions with the development team to ensure clarity and understanding of items.Drive the regular Functional Analysis of new Ideas/Business Requirements under review and collaborate with the Platform Owner to understand technical compliance, feasibility, and scalability.User Journey Optimization:Map and analyze the end-to-end user journey to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement in the ordering experience.Collaborate with UX designers to create wireframes and prototypes, ensuring the usability and accessibility of the application.Define key features such as product user management, integrations, etc.Cross-functional Collaboration:Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders (domain, DCR, customer support) and internal and external technical teams to align on product requirements and deliverables.Provide regular updates to stakeholders on product progress, timelines, and any potential changes to the scope.Encourage collaboration and feedback from all team members to ensure that diverse perspectives are considered in product development.Development and QA Collaboration:Work closely with development teams to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of features.Participate in sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings, advocating for the customer's perspective and product goals.Collaborate with QA teams to develop testing strategies (including non-regression testing), define success criteria, and conduct post-launch evaluations for features.Performance Monitoring and Analytics:In collaboration with the operations team, define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, average order value, customer retention, and site performance.In collaboration with the domain team, analyze user engagement and behavior data to inform product decisions and experimentation, such as A/B testing of features and user interfaces.Understand customer feedback and promote new features to secure efficiency and constant evolution.What qualifications will make you successful for this role? Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, with 5+ years of relevant work experience.Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in a Scrum environment.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team and across departments.Certification in Product Management or Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) is a plus.Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD methodologies and practices.Deep knowledge of ordering platforms, web solutions, API, UIaaS, GSC processes, ERP, and related technologies.Understanding of SAP technologies such as IDOCs, BAPIs, RFC, EAP PI/PO, SAP Cloud Platform Integration, and modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP would be an advantage.What will you get?
