About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Principal Power and High Voltage engineer who provides functional leadership to electrical engineering at Alcoa's Refineries and smelters on all technical and maintenance aspects for relevant systems in Europe.

Responsibilities:

Provide functional leadership to electrical engineering at Alcoa's Refineries, Smelters for all aspects of High Voltage (HV) Power Systems engineering & maintenance.

Provide leadership in delivering improvements to Alcoa's Power Systems (HV) applying best equipment, operating, engineering, and maintenance practices.

Provide SME technical support for Alcoa's Power Systems (HV) to ensure optimal reliability & availability for continuous operations.

Provide SME input for Power Systems (HV) Long term and Capital planning process.
