Reporting directly to the CPO, this role will define the growth strategy and roadmap to enable sellers and buyers organic expansion and amplify the network effect on our platform.
You#39;ll be working inside a team or across teams depending on the problem and the initiatives.You#39;ll be a key player in accelerating our expansion in a mature market while driving our international growth.
This is an opportunity to build Product Growth from the ground up, both in terms of strategy and in terms of Ways of Working.What You Will Do ðGrowth Strategy Development and Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive product-led growth strategy aligned with overall business objectives.Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, analytics, and other relevant teams to build and launch growth initiatives across tribes and programs.Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage advanced analytics and experimentation to optimize growth performance and inform product roadmap.Identify Growth Opportunities: Continuously explore new growth opportunities to drive user growth across the funnel.Strategic Direction: Contribute to future product strategies by leveraging growth levers to drive user and revenue growth.
Measure and Optimize: Define key performance indicators to measure growth success, analyze performance data, and implement optimization strategies.International Expansion: Contribute to the successful launch and growth of our platform in new international markets, adapting strategies to local contexts.What We're Looking For ðProduct Growth: Extensive experience in product management driving user growth in a consumer-facing product.Strategy: Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically.Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical skills and ability to leverage data to inform decision-making.
Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools.Experimentation Mindset: Proven experience designing and executing A/B tests and other growth experiments.Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and foster a positive, results-oriented environment.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.What Would Be A Plus ðExperience in the classifieds industry or similar marketplaces.International product launch experience.Knowledge of growth hacking techniques and tools.Familiarity with network effect dynamics.Do note that all our jobs are ð Barcelona based.
We follow a hybrid model where flexibility rules.
We commit to a minimum of 6 days per month in the office.
