Our client is seeking a Principal Analog Design Engineer to join their Automotive BMS Product Line. This role focuses on analog design while collaborating on product definition, testability, and robustness of end applications. This opportunity allows your creativity to drive your success.
Responsibilities
Design low-power precision analog and mixed-signal circuits, including but not limited to LDOs, charge pumps, bandgaps, amplifiers, DACs, and ADCs.
Influence architectural decisions to ensure technical performance requirements are achieved at system and subsystem levels.
Develop macro models and participate in top-level simulation.
Actively participate in the entire product development cycle.
Determine design-for-test strategies to evaluate system, subsystem, and block performance.
Provide guidance to layout engineers on critical analog implementation aspects, monitor layout progress, and ensure post-layout extraction and simulation closure.
Work with a team of engineers to evaluate intended product behavior pre- and post-tape-out.
Participate in hiring and mentoring junior engineers.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering.
10+ years of experience in analog design.
Highly motivated individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong knowledge of transistor-level design.
Experience within the BCD process.
Experience with mixed-signal design.
