It is a globally distributed team with members in Japan, China, Singapore, Romania, Spain, and the USA. Extended team members may reside in other countries. The team is innovative, customer-focused, and energized by the desire to make a difference.As the center of a cross-functional team (Sales, Finance, Legal, Renewals, Customer Operations), the Commercial Desk essentially manages a virtual team to achieve desired results.Your Impact Your Day-To-Day Assess health of the deal through financial analysis, internal policy review, business acumen, and domain expertise.Help craft the commercial strategy of deals and provide deal structure guidance.Be a Subject Matter Expert sharing best practices across team and ecosystem.Lead efforts which ensure cross-functional awareness and alignment in deal structures.Prepare collateral, document, and capture data relating to reviewed deals for go-forward record, analysis, and improvement purposes.Drive organized & consistent execution of approval flows to minimize delays in deal progression.Review contracts ensuring adherence to exceptions approved and minimizing issues for booking and revenue recognition.Leverage observations, analytics, feedback to identify enablement opportunities for sellers.Your Skills and Knowledge The ability to build strong relationships based on trust across a wide spectrum of internal stakeholders and to drive cross-functional collaboration.Strong analytical skills relying on financial, business, and technical analysis as well as problem-solving capabilities to drive decision-making.Excellent written & oral communication skills, being able to articulate complex situations to a broad audience and to get messages across that have the desired effect.Strong organizational and time management skills as well as the ability to handle pressure.The aptitude to deal with ambiguity and thrive in fast-paced environments.Your Experience Experience in supporting or working with a Sales or Services organization, either from the operational or from the financial side: Deal Desk, Sales Ops, Finance Business Partnering, Pricing, Contract & Proposals Development, or similar.Experience in Sales roles with strong analytical skills will also be considered.Basic Qualifications 5-7 years of relevant experience.Fluent English and German is mandatory: excellent verbal and written skills in both languages.If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!#J-18808-Ljbffr
