As a Principal Customer Success Solutions Consultant, you will be a trusted advisor to our clients, primarily in the retail and apparel industry, providing strategic guidance and thought leadership to help them leverage our technology solutions effectively. This role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record of success in consulting, implementation, and client engagement, as well as a deep understanding of both technology and supply chain management within the apparel/fashion industry.What you'll doServe as the subject matter expert on industry trends, challenges, and best practices within the retail and apparel industry.Conduct in-depth assessments of client needs and business objectives to develop tailored solutions and recommendations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and engineering, to align our offerings with client requirements.Lead the development and delivery of high-impact product demonstrations, presentations, workshops, and executive briefings to showcase our capabilities and thought leadership.Manage multiple projects independently, identifying project risks, and ensuring timely delivery.Analyze potential risks in projects, implement risk management plans, and provide risk insights.Design and validate comprehensive solutions tailored to client needs and oversee multiple implementations, ensuring best practices and resolving escalated issues.Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met.Conduct thorough discovery sessions and integrate findings into solution design.Strategize client engagements and consult clients on best practices, driving deeper engagements and upselling services.Lead in-depth analysis and predictive modeling, as well as complex implementations and custom solution design.Provide in-depth technical guidance and troubleshoot complex issues.Execute advanced demos, introduce innovations, and integrate client feedback.Collaborate with Product Management in designing complex technical requirements.Qualifications8+ years in fashion/apparel sourcing or supply chain management.At least 5+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting in a SaaS environment
