The job will be offered as a full-time hybrid work position with the possibility to work from our Madrid or Barcelona office and remotely. Key responsibilities include:Develop and manage Environmental & Social Impact Assessment studies/projects; Prepare, update andreview technical documentation; Manage relationships with authorities, clients, and contractors; Manage environmental critical aspects to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations with major emphasis on: IPPC Decree, EIA decrees, Permitting; Define, coordinate and implement Environmental monitoring plans; Identify and develop new project opportunities, prepare effective technical proposals and cost estimates, and maintain client relationships; Ability and flexibility to work across a range of services and sectors including oil & gas, power (including renewables), and manufacturing; Provide compliance assurance of impact assessment studies with applicable local legal and institutional requirements (IFC, EBRD, etc.); About you: A master's degree in environmental engineering or environmental sciences or other relevant disciplines.3-5 years of experience as Project Manager.Experience in people leadership.Ideally 7 years of experience in relevant fields such as consulting or environmental services, with specific focus on environmental permitting in Spain, EIA (Environmental Impact Assessment) and/or Environmental Social Due Diligence.Familiarity with EHS National Environmental regulations and International Standards (IFC, EBRD, etc.)Proficiency in Spanish and English, written and spoken.
