What you will do: The Role's Key Responsibilities and Tasks As an eDOer, you will have clear objectives, great challenges, and a clear overview of how your work contributes to the global company project and its customers.
As a Prime Business Analyst in the Prime Analytics team, you will be in charge of: Contributing to the Prime strategic roadmap with business insights, generating insights from data analysis to translate into improvements for the program.
Executing key analysis, being the data entry point for the business team, and including taking ownership of the database from the business side.
Understand business needs, gather data, and present key insights.
Elaborating business cases to support strategic product decisions (e.g., should we include more benefits into the program?).
Creating dashboards and tracking: mastering internal Business Intelligence tools to contribute to monitoring and tracking of our business KPIs.
Working with data engineering and data science teams to leverage all our internal data.
Contributing to the delivery of the Prime strategic projects, participating in key internal projects, giving business-side support to ensure progress and effective delivery of desired outcomes.
Working together with product and marketing in the execution of projects, providing support from the analytical and business side.
What you need to succeed: Good to have: Bring your unique perspective, speak up, and offer disruptive solutions.
You'll have the opportunity to learn and grow while making a real impact on our team.
Here's what you need to succeed: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, etc.).
Experience in a role with a strong analytical component is a plus.
Knowledge of SQL is a plus, as well as experience in working with databases and large sets of data.
R programming skills and experience with Google Data Studio will be highly valued.
Advanced Office skills and strong experience with analytical tools, ideally with the Google toolset (spreadsheets, Google Docs, etc.).
Strong analytical skills, fast learner with high attention to detail, focused on results and productivity.
A self-starter and team player who also enjoys having fun.
Business proficiency in English.
