.Date: Jan 3, 2025Location: Barcelona, B, ES, 08019Company: VistaOur Team:As a Pricing Specialist EU, you will support all pricing-related matters for product categories across the EU markets.
In this role, you will analyze data from Vista's diverse business portfolio and develop pricing strategies that promote category expansion and ensure fair and optimal pricing.
You will be responsible for pricing across 15 EU countries, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Category, Finance, Promotions, Shipping, and Marketing, to drive growth and profitability.What You Will Do:Provide support to the Pricing team, focusing on pricing strategies for product expansion and optimization of existing products.Monitor competitor pricing and product performance, translating data into actionable pricing adjustments.Collaborate with the Product Category and the Promotions team to align effective pricing strategies and ensure regional strategies work cohesively.Work closely with the Data Product team to streamline existing pricing processes.Daily Duties:Implement the roadmap for pricing optimization and testing strategies for EU Product Categories.Gain familiarity with pricing methodologies and supporting models to determine optimal prices.Collaborate extensively with team members in the Pricing and Promotions Strategy Team, including Promo, List Price, Shipping and Competitive Intelligence team.Assist in developing pricing and promotional recommendations in partnership with the EU Pricing Strategy Lead and Senior Specialists.Track and evaluate the success of hypotheses as directed by the Pricing Strategy Lead or Senior Specialists.Work on pricing competitive landscape for the EU markets.The role will receive direct support/mentorship of the Pricing Strategy Lead as needed.Your Qualifications:At Vista, we are striving to hire individuals that add new ideas and perspectives to our teams and enhance our culture.
