WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:Design, implement and monitor pricing policies for all products and sales channels.Deploy country gross list price and market discount structure with strong execution price action to realize impact of pricing changes on revenue.Managing customer price agreements in collaboration with sales leaders and legal team.Collaborate within business leaders to recommend pricing strategies and models based upon current business and competitive global dynamics.Perform product and customer profitability analytics through effective price action on customer accounts.Develop data analytics, including target price guidance logic, data-driven recommendation of DOA thresholds, regional price variability recommendations, competitive indexing, ship-and-debit claims impact analytic, price waterfall model and cost-to-serve analysis.Monitor price performance metrics and perform periodic price analysis for product lines, region, customers.Execute various price strategy in global environment, including global contracts, price leader vs price follower, mature growth market vs penetration growth market strategy.Join a dynamic pricing team that is on a digital pricing transformation journey.YOU HAVE:Academic Background:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or Economics required.MBA preferred.Previous Experience:5+ years' experience analyzing data in pricing, sales, finance, marketing area.Experience in the electrical industry, a plus.Experience with dashboarding software such as Snowflake, Tableau or Groovy, a plus.Experience with JDE and/or M3 preferred.Skills:Ability to facilitate meetings and negotiate solutions with individuals that may have differing goals and strong opinions.Proven skill in analytical and quantitative problem solving, systems savvy.Strong mathematical skills and the ability find answers to business questions in large data sets.Demonstrated skill in managing multiple tasks/projects along with the ability to work in a fast paced team environment in a self-directed manner.Experience in performing Competitive Analysis.Skill in research and data-driven decision-making founded on strong analytics, strategic thinking, and business judgment.Knowledge performing competitive analysis, market price benchmarking and price volume mix analysis.Demonstrated ability to identify the root cause of problems/issues by asking probing questions and the ability to develop recommendations for resolution.Demonstrated ability to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and produce consistent measurable results.Ability to negotiate by collaborating with others to arrive at a conclusion using compromise, persuasion, influence, rationale, and diplomacy.Ability to think critically, using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.Demonstrated ability to utilize strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface with people at all levels within the organization and outside the organization.Ability to pursue tasks with energy, drive and follow through, especially in the face of resistance or setbacks.Demonstrated ability to establish credibility with business partners.Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguous environments and limited supervision.WE HAVE:A dynamic global reach with diverse operations around the world that will stretch your abilities, provide plentiful career opportunities, and allow you to make an impact every day.We are a $2 billion, high-performance electrical company with a dedicated team of 8,800 people and trusted brands such as CADDY, ERICO, HOFFMAN, RAYCHEM, SCHROFF and TRACER.
