With a presence in 14 countries, over 700 employees serve leading customers worldwide.PositionThe Pricing & Commercial Operations Manager is responsible for developing and managing cost structures and pricing strategies for services to optimize both revenue and profitability.
This role involves creating global tools and strategies that can be tailored to meet the needs of individual affiliates.
The manager will own the pipeline and forecast accuracy and develop the relevant tools and processes to enable sustainable reliability and efficiency to support growth.Main ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement pricing tools and control mechanisms that align with the company's financial objectives and market conditions.Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer demand to inform pricing decisions.Create and maintain the accuracy of the pipeline for existing and potential customers.Drive forecasting commercial calls/meetings.Drive commercial campaigns efficiently with proper management tools.Provide training to sales teams to sell value based on prices and not cost.Conduct detailed cost and pricing analyses to determine the impact of pricing changes on revenue and profitability.Utilize data analytics and statistical models to forecast the impact of cost and pricing decisions.Perform scenario planning to assess various pricing and cost strategies.Perform market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor pricing, and customer preferences.Develop insights from competitive analysis to inform both costing and pricing strategies.Identify market opportunities and threats, adjusting strategies accordingly.Develop and maintain costing and pricing tools, models, and guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy in decisions.Provide costing and pricing guidance and support to the sales team during negotiations and proposal development.Prepare and present costing and pricing reports and analyses to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.Develop pricing forecasts and budgets, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.Ensure costing and pricing strategies and practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements.Develop and enforce costing and pricing policies and procedures to maintain consistency and control.Qualifications and RequirementsBachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
