ResponsibilitiesControl over the performance of the Loss Ratio in the Brokers train.Collaboration with the train team and the commercial team to generate, prioritize, and implement a feature backlog.Conduct segmentation analysis and formulate pricing models.Monitor rate change performance.Evaluate the risk associated with train features.Conduct competitive analysis and stay informed of market trends and industry developments.Lead and develop the pricing team.Coordinate with International Pricing for rate change approval and Loss Ratio strategy.Technical SkillsAnalytical skills: Ability to interpret financial and operational metrics and make data-driven decisions.
