Responsibilities Control over the performance of the Loss Ratio in the Brokers train.Collaboration with the train team and the commercial team to generate, prioritize, and implement a feature backlog.Conduct segmentation analysis and formulate pricing models.Monitor rate change performance.Evaluate the risk associated with train features.Conduct competitive analysis and stay informed of market trends and industry developments.Lead and develop the pricing team.Coordinate with International Pricing for rate change approval and Loss Ratio strategy.Technical Skills Analytical skills: Ability to interpret financial and operational metrics and make data-driven decisions. Strong mathematical skills are a plus.Knowledge of the Broker Market: Understanding of best practices of competitors in the intermediaries market in terms of risk selection and services.Business acumen: Solid understanding of business processes and the insurance value chain.Knowledge of SAFe, Lean, and Agile methodologies, as well as portfolio management tools.Personal Skills Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with stakeholders at all levels, from technical teams to executives.Leadership Skills: Ability to develop and guide a high-performing team in the pricing and underwriting function.
