Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities Assist in developing and analyzing pricing strategies for our logistics services.
Support daily operations, including shipment coordination, documentation, and tracking.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient workflows and service delivery.
Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to contribute to competitive pricing strategies.
Participate in meetings and training sessions to learn about company operations and pricing strategies.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the department.
Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful 1-2 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
