Our business model and service have received several awards like the prize for Best Webshop in Spain as well as the Best Mobile App from the E-Commerce Awards.We are looking for a proactive, data-driven, and hands-on Pricing Business Analyst.You will work side by side with the business, finance, marketing, and data teams.Responsibilities:Ensuring a competitive pricing strategy taking into account the pricing of our competitors, customer behavior, margin, and sales targets.Reviewing pricing performance and making decisions about adjustments to the pricing strategy as needed.Providing reports and presentations on pricing effectiveness and profitability.Reviewing external and internal pricing data, processes, and tools to assess data quality and identify opportunities to better leverage technology to improve pricing efficiency and accuracy.Collaborating with our data team as the business owner for initiatives to continuously optimize our pricing processes and algorithms.Collaborating with our category management, procurement, and data teams to ensure the success of our promotional pricing campaigns.Your experience:At least 2 years of professional experience in e-commerce pricing.Subject matter expert in pricing: pricing strategies, customer price perception, etc.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English.Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in the use of Excel.Experience using a BI tool (Qlik Sense is a plus).Experience using SQL.People Skills: Excellence in organization, planning, and execution.Focus on details and ability to work under pressure and prioritize.Experience with Agile is a plus.Proactivity: Continuously proposing new ideas and able to work independently.Ownership: Decisive and looking to take on challenges.Problem solving mindset, persistent until we find the solution.Teamwork: Accustomed to collaborating with many stakeholders from multiple departments, solving problems together and sharing in achievements, failures, successes.Highly analytical: Obsession with data and continuous improvement.
