Eurovision Services is looking for a Pricing Analyst to join our Commercial team on a maternity cover contract, reporting to our Director of Sales Steering & Commercial Planning.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION Assessing data from a variety of sources to gain insights into pricing strategies and market trends. Tracking customer engagement to develop effective pricing strategies for products and offerings. Applying statistical modeling methods to determine the potential impact of pricing strategies on profitability. Preparing and presenting pricing analysis findings to sales staff. Develop and maintain pricing database. Assisting clients segmentation & targeting. Insight generation through market research, competitive intelligence, business analytics and performance reporting. Designs and builds optimal pricing models balancing customer expectations, company's profitability and return targets with market competitiveness. Analyzes pricing requirements and creates pricing models and strategies. Help to analyze competitor prices and/or data and recommends price changes to ensure competitiveness of proposals. Identify target customers' willingness to pay and distinguish between high and low value buyers. Develop optimal price points for different packages including analysis of bundling opportunities. Analyzing big data, helping determine customer trends and delivering insight to drive revenue. YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Over 3 years of experience as a Pricing Analyst. Strong proficiency in the Office Suite and Power BI. Excellent command of English, both spoken and written. Strong analytical skills to compare sales trends and interpret market data. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and accuracy when analysing large datasets. Problem-solving skills to identify declining sales trends and develop effective pricing strategies.ADDED VALUE Additional experience in the following areas would be considered a plus:
Experience or knowledge in the broadcast industry. Experience working collaboratively with geographically distributed and international teams (our headquarters are located in Switzerland). French or Spanish language skills. EDUCATION Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Economics.
