Equifax is looking for a Pricing Analyst who will be responsible for the design and evolution of sophisticated commercial analytics, and the identity and integration of key metrics into the Equifax UK pricing strategy. Your ideas will be welcomed, and your creativity rewarded,in helping us to achieve competitive advantage and sustainable growth from increased client satisfaction and - for Equifax and our clients - profit.What you'll doProvide commercial modeling expertise to immediate colleagues and client-facing teams.Lead the relationship with key stakeholders for alignment on pricing and commercial governance principles.Design and evolve a P&L analytics capability for all deal-specific and list prices.Work with operational, sales, product, and finance colleagues to understand and monitor product cost economics, customer need/usage trends, and delivery models. Integrate insights into pricing tools and evaluate and recommend change scenarios.Design and evolve price setting and deal margin profitability "test environment" capability, that facilitates the modeling of commercial scenarios to maximize profit for Equifax and our clients.Evolve price trend/benchmark intelligence capability, targeted at key decision makers.Ensure accuracy and utility of timely commercial pricing models and rate cards.Gather, interpret, summarize, utilize, and propagate market intelligence of competing propositions/pricing.Propagate pricing rate cards to Sales and Product teams.Knowledge and educate other team members of the impact of financial and regulatory policies.What experience you needVery high level of English.Graduate (2:1 or First) currently acting as a senior analyst for three years or more, seeking to move into a more commercial/client-oriented role.Proven stakeholder management experience.Demonstrable commercial acumen track record.Strong LinkedIn recommendations from previous line managers and/or directors.Proven ability to set targets and deliver against them.Able to demonstrate the ability to reduce complex commercial data to insights, options, and compelling recommendations.We offer comprehensive compensation and healthcare packages, 401k matching, paid time off, and organizational growth potential through our online learning platform with guided career tracks.
