Pricing Account Analyst

Robinson is seeking a Pricing Account Analyst to join our Global Forwarding division in Madrid.In this key position, you will process and provide modal pricing and analytical responses as they relate to business opportunities. You will work in conjunction with the network of offices, corporate shared services, and/or customers to coordinate the best competitive solution to meet the needs of the customers. With the flexibility for remote work one day a week, this role strikes the perfect balance between teamwork and autonomy.For this position, you can work in a hybrid model from Madrid.Apply today and join us as we shape a diverse, inclusive, and more sustainable future for the supply chain industry.Duties and Responsibilities:Implement Pricing processes and SLAs with branches, maintaining pricing data in our bid ecosystem.Manage daily pricing requests, ensuring timely responses and policy compliance.Log pricing activities for operations staff.Handle work queue through email, tickets, and phone, assisting with pricing issues.Check bid submissions, awards, and uploads, ensuring quality and accuracy.Review bid materials, gather and verify rates, and ensure timely submissions.Understand modal yield strategy, fees, and market fluctuations.Derive insights from data to create pricing strategies, including warehouse services, inventory, and transportation pricing.Generate reports and understand warehouse capabilities, allowed products, and market costs for effective customer solutions.Collaborate with sales and pricing teams, participate in customer calls, and update management on pricing opportunities.Qualifications:Required:High school diploma or GEDMinimum 2 years of previous experience in Pricing, OCEAN freightExperience in an Account or Sales roleFluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal)Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programsCommercial experience within C.H
