Press Officer

ICF Next is one of the leading integrated communication agencies in Europe, specialising in large-scale campaigns across the European Union.We are looking for a Press Officer to work alongside one of our client's teams, at the client's premises in Madrid.Responsibilities :developing and drafting communication material (e.g. press releases or press packs) and information kits on ad hoc matters, contacting journalists and organizing interviews with spokespeople (approximately 5 per year);organization of press conferences, including selecting venues, making personalized transport and accommodation arrangements;Identifying, contacting and inviting media and developing and drafting communication material (e.g. press releases or press packs) - approximately 7 per year;preparing press clippings (approximately 40 press clippings per week on Spain's Recovery and Resilience Fund, and approximately 25 press clippings per year on visits of high profile figures or events organised;Other actions related to press activity.Requirements :University level or equivalent through relevant work experience2+ years of work experience in media relationsSpanish C2 levelEnglish minimum B2 levelExcellent communication and networking skillsProven experience in media relations and with the relevant tools (e.g. press conferences, trips, interviews, etc.).LI-CC1 #Indeed#J-18808-Ljbffr
