About the Role: In this role you will act as a pre-sales specialist and become a team member of the Enterprise Sales department focused on delivering the digital identity products to the market.
You will work with the Spain sales, product and professional services teams to define a technical sales strategy for each prospect and for wider use-cases.
In addition, proactively identify opportunities with existing customers for new product launches and create interest for Signicat products/services the customer might not use today.
What you will do: Design and configure solution strategies based on the Signicat product suite Deliver and customize product demonstrations and interactive workshops Fulfil security assessments for existing customers Handle presentations at trade shows and conferences Stay current on the latest technology and contribute to the technical direction of the company while keeping a customer-centric approach Ensure proactive communication with customers (technical and non-technical) to ensure customer satisfaction Be a technical advisor to customer's senior IT and Business management Become an expert level coach, mentor and trainer for a community of partners and customers Proactively reach out to existing customers for new product launches or to create interest for Signicat products/services the customer might not use today Bridge and seek knowledge internally with the Product team What we expect: Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, IT or another related field or equivalent 2+ years' experience working as a Technical Sales or Technical Presales with B2B SaaS Solutions A strong understanding of different products, strategies and solutions used in the market in relation to fraud, AML, e-signatures and Identity verification Customer-centric mindset Data-centric, understand the value a given service or solution will provide a client and articulate the benefits of it Excellent English and Spanish written and verbal language skills Ideally you are: Experience on a solution provider in the Fraud, AML, Identity Verification or e-signature space
