We are now looking for a Pre-sales Consultant to collaborate with teams by acting as a technical expert in customer presentations. You will determine the technical requirements to meet client goals and act as a liaison between Netrivals' sales/business development and engineering teams.
Tasks & Responsibilities Working with a sales team to determine solutions to customers' challenges and supporting the sales team to present proposals to clients.
Providing demonstrations, presentations, training, consultation, and sales support services for the sales team and existing clients.
Proactively scoping the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assessing customers' met and unmet needs, and recommending solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the company.
Coordinating closely with internal Sales, Sales Support, Customer Success, and Product to align solution design with customers' business requirements.
Requirements Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and experience in engineering, information systems, or business administration.
3-4 years of previous experience in a similar role (presales, IT consultant, onboarding specialist).
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Leadership and communication skills.
Presentation, influencing, and negotiation skills.
Interest in and understanding of SaaS products and services.
Aptitude for time management and organization.
Problem-solving ability and out-of-the-box thinking.
Excellent English and French/German communication skills (written and spoken).
