The role The Presales Engineer provides additional support to account executives and conducts demonstrations for strategic purposes.
Working alongside Product you'll be participating in different stages of the sales process providing technical and functional support to enable sales and help our customers find the best solution for their business goals.
Responsibilities: Work with Sales Managers to identify our customer business goals and help on the creation of a value proposition around our product that addresses them.
Understand our customer's technology to design and recommend customized solutions for the best set-up.
Deliver Customer-tailored product presentations and demos to prove the product's value.
Responsible for coordination Request for Information (RFI), Request for Proposal (RFP), and Proof of Concepts (POC).
Requirements: Previous experience (3 years+) working with any CRM/ERP/POS solutions (SaaS) as Pre-Sales or Professional Services Consultant Experience working in Retail industry is a plus Strong solutions architecture experience with complex enterprise solutions Familiarity with: APIs GCP environments Experience in presentations, technical and executive documents.
Outstanding communication skills, particularly in conveying technical concepts in a manner that is easy for clients and non-technical partners to understand Hands-on, high-energy, passionate, and creative problem solver Demonstrated experience in owning projects end to end that involves coordinating many resources and teams.
Languages: English proficient Italian: Native or advanced.
Spanish will be a plus University degree in computer science, engineering, or related fields, or equivalent experience preferred.
