IntroFor our location in Barcelona we are looking for a motivated Presales Consultant (m/f/d) to start immediately or as soon as possible.
You will work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and propose appropriate cybersecurity solutions. This role is crucial in driving revenue and building customer relationships.
Your JobEngage with Hornetsecurity partners and end users in customer projects to understand their security needs and requirements.Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of our cybersecurity solutions, accompany the installation and connection processes of our services, both on-site as well as online.Assist in the technical aspects of proposals, tenders, and RFPs.Assist the support staff in dealing with complex issues, especially with international partners and customers.Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity threats and solutions.Your ProfileYou have a university degree or a completed training in the IT field. Experience in the email security or backup market will be valued.You have several years of professional experience in the field of support, presales, or consulting of IT solutions, ideally in an IT security environment.You have excellent communication skills and can present yourself competently and confidently to customers and partners.You enjoy convincing customers and partners of Hornetsecurity Services on a technical level in presentations and web meetings.You are fluent in Spanish, Catalan, and English, both written and verbal. Italian will be valued.You tackle things proactively, prefer to complete tasks today rather than tomorrow, and enjoy working in an international environment.Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, practices, and tools.You have a high willingness to travel.Your application formPlease provide the following information:
