Join Our Prepress Force! We are seeking a seasoned Prepress Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the critical link between our customers, customer service agents, and our production partners, ensuring that every file submitted for printing is flawless and meets all technical specifications. Your expertise will not only support our internal teams but also directly impact customer satisfaction by resolving queries, making necessary adjustments to customer's files, and managing order upgrades.
Key Responsibilities Order Management: Handle order upgrades, rejections from suppliers, and any other technical issues that arise during the production process.
File Adjustment and Proofing: Ensure all customer-submitted files are print-ready, making necessary adjustments to comply with supplier specifications.
Prepress Support: Provide expert guidance to colleagues and customers on file requirements, design adjustments, and print specifications.
Quality Assurance: Analyze and address any complaints related to printed products, identifying issues and implementing solutions to prevent future occurrences.
Qualifications At least 4 years of experience or background in graphic design, or 2 years in a prepress role with a thorough understanding of digital printing techniques and standards.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and InDesign is essential. Familiarity with other design software is a plus.
A keen eye for design and quality.
Ability to analyze and resolve issues quickly and efficiently, with a customer-first mindset.
