We push hotel bar concept into the future, celebrate unconventional ingredients and we always give a massive shout out to local scene and producers.Our ambition is to create a spectacular fine drinking beverage program that is a part of local gastronomic and beverage community and is a must visit destination when in Catalunya.Job Description What you'll doYour role is to join pre-opening team at SLS Barcelona to successfully open and launch our cocktail bar and lead the growth, maintain the standards of excellence, and always seek to improve performance of all areas of our business and to train, manage and motivate our team whilst fostering company culture.You will be working closely with Director of Food & Beverage and assistant of Food & Beverage Director in day-to-day operations, staff training, managing compliance and ensuring health and food safety standards are adhered to and we expect you to work in service. You will be responsible for issuing and managing rota in accurate and timely manner.You will be an integral part of the team, and will help manage our stock ordering, stock holding, stock taking and managing inventory
