Responsibilities:Personalized Attention: Provide exceptional and tailored service to our premium clients, ensuring that each interaction aligns with their luxury expectations.Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong and trusting relationships with high-profile clients.Event Organization: Accompany and assist premium clients at the most important events of the year, ensuring a unique and exclusive experience.Market Knowledge: Stay updated with the trends and news in the luxury sector and the most prestigious brands.Feedback and Continuous Improvement: Gather client feedback to continuously improve the service offered.Requirements:Experience in the Luxury Sector: Minimum of years of experience working with luxury brands or in premium client services.Native ItalianCommunication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with high-level clients.Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure impeccable service.Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to the changing needs of clients.Passion for Luxury: Deep interest and knowledge of luxury brands and the latest market trends.Residence in MadridOffer:Permanent contract.39-hour work week.Availability required between 8 AM and 8 PM, Monday to Friday. Possibility of extra income for availability outside of regular hours, between 200 and 400 euros per month.Occasional weekend availability may be required based on client needs.Salary up to €22,500 per year.Paid training for 3 weeks.On-site work at our offices in Puerta de Toledo/Pirámides.
