Knowledge on mathematical programming optimization (PMP, PMAUP, LP) is a plus.The researcher will work on the following tasks:Preparation of the micro-economic database, in close collaboration with senior researchers working on microeconomic modelling and remote sensing estimates of land and water use;Setup of the novel mathematical programming models that enable multiple adaptive responses, in collaboration with senior microeconomic researchers with expertise on mathematical programming modelling;Integration of mathematical programming models and behavioural economics, in collaboration with senior microeconomic researchers with expertise on mathematical programming modelling;Setup of a multimodel ensemble in collaboration with modellers in the group.Working language will be English.The purpose of the contract is to carry out a doctoral thesis.RequirementsCandidates must meet the following requirements:MSc degree EQF Level 7 (MECES 3);Proven quantitative background (economics, engineering, physics, mathematics).Applicants must submit the following documentation:Curriculum Vitae (Spanish or English).
