.Our group is looking to hire a Predoctoral Researcher to join our lab right away contributing to one of our lines of research on the study of multiple sclerosis pathogenesis and search for new therapeutic approaches.Education and QualificationsRequired: Degree in health sciences (e.G., biology, pharmacy, biochemistry, veterinary medicine, etc.)An official university Master's degree leading to a doctorateAnimal research experimentation licence (levels B, C and D)A cut-off mark of at least 7.5, both in the degree and the Master's degreeFluency in Catalan, Spanish and English (communication skills and fluency in both written and spoken)Experience and KnowledgeRequired:An organized and methodical person with high motivation and initiativePrevious experience of at least 6 months in a research laboratory, in addition to the Bachelor's and Master's thesesDesired: Experience in flow cytometry, histopathological studies, cell culture and molecular biology techniques.Main Responsibilities and DutiesDesign of the experiments.Be responsible for and perform the experiments (development and follow-up of the animal model, flow cytometry, histopathological studies, cell culture and molecular biology techniques).Statistical analysis and interpretation of the data.Collaboration in the writing of scientific articles.Labour ConditionsFull-time position: 40h/weekStarting date: January 2025Gross annual salary: It will depend on the grant call in which the funding is obtained.First year 19000€, second and third year 20000€, and fourth year 24500€ (Salary is consistent with our Collective Agreement pay scale)Contract: Temporary.
