DescripciónThe Transformation and Metastasis Group at CNIO is seeking an experienced Predoctoral Researcher to work on a Research project. The successful candidate will use genetically modified mouse models to study the role of RANK signalling in the context of epithelial homeostasis and cancer.Criterios de evaluaciónMaster degree in Biological Sciences or equivalent.Laboratory experience in primary cultures histopathology: necropsy, stainings, immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence.Laboratory experience in molecular biology and cell culture: Extraction of DNA, RNA and protein. PCR, quantitative PCR, Western blotting, 3D cultures, Immunohistochemistry and confocal microscopy and management of analytical software (e.g. PyMol, ImageJ).International experience in cancer research, critical thinking, good communication skills.Good knowledge of English & Spanish.Se ofreceThe opportunity to be part of a Cancer Research Centre of excellence.Competitive salary.An energetic working environment.Contract linked to a project.
