Strong scientific curiosity.Ability to work both independently and within a team.Good organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.Desired:Dedicated interest in mitochondrial biologyPrior experience working with cell culture and laboratory micePrior experience in state-of-the-art biochemistry and molecular biology techniques.Main responsibilities and duties:Collaborating in the generation, management and biochemical/molecular characterization of genetically modified mice.Designing and conducting in vivo and in vitro preclinical assays for complex I deficiency.Writing of manuscripts and presentation of the results at local and international meetings.Contributing to the general shared tasks of the laboratory.Labour conditions:Full-time position: 40h/week.Starting date: according to the call, within the next four months.Contract duration: 4 years (FPI grant)
