Our Sales Engineers play a key role in transforming our customers' and prospects' needs into software reality. They analyze their requirements and, through a sophisticated scoping and negotiating process,make sure each project is tailored to them and can be successfully rolled out. Your challenges and objectives Develop a deep knowledge of our product and its technical features and capabilities. Offer technical expertise to internal and external stakeholders throughout the sales process. Bridge the gap between our technical solutions and our customers' needs. Your day-to-day activities Participate in the sales process from initial requests to contract negotiation and closure, guiding through the process with technical expertise. Identify and document the solution scope and delivery time for proposals. Respond to specific technical questions from prospects and customers throughout the sales process, ensuring clear and accurate communication. Collaborate with Sales on pricing, quota preparation, contract and Statement of Work (SOW) drafting, security Q&A, and order processing. Review the solutions offered, from both a business and technical point of view. Detect functional gaps during scoping calls, document them, and work with internal teams to come up with solutions and define feature enhancements. Interact with multiple teams such as Sales, Consulting, Legal, Product, Risk & Audit, Product Marketing, etc. About you Technical background in engineering or equivalent practical experience in a technical role. Proficiency in German and English. Permanent residency in Spain. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering customer-centric solutions. Autonomous and self-motivated to investigate possible solutions for new challenges. Experience in high-growth SaaS companies and consultative sales is a plus. Willingness to travel.
