We are looking for a Pre-Sales Engineer to join our team and play a pivotal role in enabling our customers to see the value of Qatium.
This position bridges the gap between technical solutions and sales, ensuring prospects and customers experience the full potential of our platform.As a Pre-Sales Engineer, you will: Own Technical Assistance: Support the sales team throughout the stages leading to a paid subscription by providing technical expertise and ensuring seamless understanding of Qatium's solutions.Demonstrate Qatium's Value: Present Qatium's capabilities at international events, webinars, and workshops, showcasing the technical and business value of our solutions.Lead Workshops: Conduct hands-on workshops to help customers and prospects understand and apply Qatium's technology.Engage with APIs, SDKs, and IT Standards: Confidently discuss and demonstrate Qatium's integration capabilities, including APIs, SDKs, and compliance with IT security standards.Manage Projects: Plan and guide prospects and customers through proof of value projects, implementation initiatives, and new development efforts such as customer-specific plugins or data integrations with third parties.Own each Proof of Value: Take full accountability for the progress of proof of value projects during specific deal stages, systematically leading multiple projects to successful outcomes.Travel: Be available for business trips to visit prospects and customers, as well as to attend key events.Collaborate: Work closely with the product, engineering, and customer success teams to address technical inquiries and feedback during the sales process.What should you have to excel in this role?
Experience: At least 3 years in a similar position within a B2B SaaS environment, supporting technical sales processes.Technical Expertise: Familiarity with software development, API integrations, SDKs, and IT security standards.Exceptional Communication Skills: Proven ability to present technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.#J-18808-Ljbffr
