Plan de formación propuesto UI/UX Design intern Role purpose As a UX-UI Designer you are an integral part of our design team responsible for building our digital solutions and applications. You love solving problems, you want to offer customers the best standardised experience across all the solutions they buy from us, you are willing to embrace the unknown, and you can work cross-functionally in distributed teams. You are part of a dedicated team of specialists committed to producing world-changing products in the technology industry. You will be part of a product development team, responsible for building engaging products across multiple portfolios. You might have experience working in agile teams and driving forward product goals and metrics. You'll continuously search for improvements to the product and work with your team to implement them. You will learn how to deliver end-to-end customer journeys, low to high-fidelity wireframes, sitemaps and prototypes.
Your place in the team We are looking for dynamic UX/UI designers who will be responsible for the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design of our solution portals and applications. You will ensure that all elements of the online user experience are optimised for improved usability and usefulness whilst at the same time aligned with the Vodafone brand guidelines for a single experience, whatever the solution the customer is using.
You will be tutored by one of the Ux/UI Designers so that you are equipped with the process and tools so that you can support them and take on tasks in your own right. You will also have the support and guidance of the Senior Technology Product Owner to ensure you are established as a member of the overall Technology Product team.
Key accountabilities and activity: Understand the tooling and process of Ux/UI Design within Vodafone Conceptualising and creating intuitive, engaging, and brand-consistent web/app experiences under the guidance of the Ux/UI Designers Continually improving user experience for Vodafone websites and applications Collaborating in concept development and design ideation with Group and Local Product Management, Marketing, Digital Sales and Service Designers to help define new services and campaigns Working effectively cross functionally with other teams (Developers, Digital Sales, Marketing, Brand etc.) Prototyping designs from low-fidelity sketch to high-fidelity clickable/interactive prototypes for usability tests Ensuring that designs align with the Vodafone design process and Brand guidelines Assisting in developing, maintaining and managing our UX/UI design process including Demand, lifecycle and evolution of best practices Technical/professional qualifications and experience Candidates should have:
Experience or passion for design, design management, psychology, human-computer interaction or equivalent. A portfolio to demonstrate UX design skills is a plus. Strong English language skills Excellent design and prototyping skills, attention to detail and consistency Knowledge of Figma and other graphics tools (Photoshop, Illustrator) Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially when explaining design decisions and usability test results A team player but able to work independently Ability to generate self-energy and inject drive/positive energy into business and design teams Experience in website & application Accessibility is a plus Experience in conducting usability tests is a plus Experience in software development is a plus Typical deliverables of the role UX Concepts (web & app) Design presentations & documents UX prototypes UX quality assessments Detailed User Interface Design specifications Conversation/chat flows Key performance indicators: Impact product metrics as part of a squad Improvement of the customer experience as measured by customer feedback, typically on app stores or NPS or user testing/research Working within time and budget whilst upholding high and consistent quality
