Description of Responsibilities: -Product Concepts & Storytelling Create product concepts based on design inputs & product strategy for new lines in the collection Build concepts based on product families where relevant -Product Documentation Compile and organize product information into product tools, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with seasonal storytelling and technical product details.
Product Guides: Work with design & technical teams to collect all relevant product information (concepts, main messages, updates, f&b, technical info…) Write product descriptions for all Product Guides (Adults, Kids, Camperlab, Accessories, Special Projects) Review & modify product descriptions post-convention (after cancellations have been applied) Sell-in Tools & Injection Docs: Support in giving inputs for copy team (seasonal concepts & main messages) Follow up & align on changes + final approvals for Special Projects with collaborators -Other Prepare relevant Product presentations throughout the season Align product information across different departments (Brand, Go To Market, Digital, Retail Marketing) Skills for the Position: - Ability to generate new ideas and approaches to product promotion and market positioning.
- Excellent writing, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.
- Expertise in leading cross-functional teams to create cohesive product messaging and communication strategies.
- Strong collaboration with design and technical teams to develop effective product concepts and storytelling.
- Skilled in managing multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met, and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Knowledge of industry trends and the ability to integrate them into product communication strategies.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, shifting priorities as needed.
Main Stakeholders: - Collaborate with key departments such as Marketing, Go To Market and Digital.
Requirements for the Position: - Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or related field.
- Ability in content creation and communication techniques - Ability to work in fast-paced and dynamic environments
