The role: The London PR & Marketing Executive will be responsible for branding and communication efforts, ensuring the awareness and relevance of the AIRE brand at local level.
Key responsibilities:Branding & Communication
Be responsible for raising awareness and relevance of AIRE brand at the local level (be a brand advocate and guardian).
Build B2C relationships through networking, PR events, and partnerships/sponsorships.
Supervise and ensure the overall brand image standards provided by headquarters in the location.
Coordinate the implementation of the communication agency's plan validated from headquarters.
Provide the Social Media Manager with relevant materials to ensure content aligns with local needs.B2B Sales
Action the B2B strategy for AIRE at the regional level to increase sales in key segments: Hospitality, Corporations, Institutions, Congress centers, etc.
Prospect, develop, and manage new B2B opportunities (both for bookings and gifting), aligned with the Global Marketing guidelines.
Grow and maintain relationships with relevant hotels, the travel industry, incentive agencies, etc.
Conduct monthly reports and weekly updates about the progress to HQ and Local Management.Operational Marketing
Implement the marketing campaigns according to guidelines provided by the Global Marketing team in coordination with the local team.
Supervise and lead the production, promotion, and design of all group and/or event bookings; Lead and manage all sales for groups & event initiatives, under the global marketing guidelines.
Establish proper communication and liaise with other internal departments to ensure efficient execution of the PR / Marketing campaigns.Operations & Client Experience
Manage onsite influencers, press, and VIP visits, as well as customer relations and special VIP booking requests.
Manage all sales for group & paid-event initiatives under the global marketing guidelines and aligned with the site director.
Review the onsite client experience journey by working closely with the internal team to ensure alignment with AIRE standards.
Monitor customer feedback by reporting critical insights from customer surveys and local online platforms to Global Marketing. Additionally, respond to customer complaints.It is an exciting opportunity to join our team, and come and live the AIRE experience!
Who you are:Hold a Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Have a minimum of 2 years experience in a PR/Marketing role, preferably in the luxury or hospitality sector.Commercially driven: conscious of adding value and oriented towards achieving business objectives.Understanding of marketing principles, market research, and branding strategies.
