INFLUENCER MARKETING SPECIALIST (Prestige Fragrances)
As the Influencer Marketing Specialist (Prestige Fragrances) at Coty, you will gain unparalleled experience with top-tier luxury fragrance brands, leading unique and high-impact campaigns.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As our Influencer Marketing Specialist, you are responsible for building & executing the local PR/influencer marketing strategy for some of our prestige fragrances brands. The specialist will work closely with brands & media department to use the power of traditional and digital media to facilitate and inspire connections and engagement between COTY brands and its target audiences.
Your main focus:
Manage, develop, and execute local PR & Influencer marketing activities to maximize press coverage, digital awareness, and positive consumer engagement.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to design, develop and implement PR strategies with the ability to think out of the box; design & execute comprehensive communications platforms, including:
Editorial press and influencer marketing tools and collaterals
PR activations
Influencer and PR events
Ambassador activations
Calendars/Local Activation Timelines
Design local programs, preparation, and execution.
Work closely with the Digital & media teams to ensure a 360-degree partnership for print, digital and social media coverage.
Oversee day-to-day budget management.
Track, analyse, and monitor monthly print press, digital & influencers coverage results, identifying key insights to optimize brand strategy.
Maintain a strong understanding of competitor activity and activity within the competitive beauty landscape.
YOU ARE A COTY FIT
You like to think out-of-the-box. As an experienced Influencer Marketing Specialist, you have enthusiasm to proactively present learnings and suggest new ideas and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment.
Other than that, you:
Bachelor's degree.
3+ years of relevant beauty PR experience.
Experience in Prestige Fragrances Category.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentational skills.
Strong planning and organizational skills with a sense of priority and attention to details.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to adapt well to change and multi-task.
Ability to demonstrate tact and discretion in preparing, disclosing, and handling information of a confidential nature.
Demonstrate out-of-the-box thinking in approaching new and innovative ways of executing.
Hard-working, self-motivated, and passionate about the beauty industry.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
