The specialist will work close with brands amp; media department to use the power of traditional and digital media to facilitate and inspire connections and engagement between for COTY brands and its target audiences.The position requires the ability to work closely with global brands amp; PR managers based in Paris and NY offices, and to liaise and communicate internally with various departments, such as Marketing, Training, Media amp; Digital amp; E.Com teams.Your main focus: Manage, develop, and execute local PR amp; Influencer marketing activities to maximize press coverage, digital awareness, and positive consumer engagement.Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to design, develop and implement PR strategies with the ability to think out of the box; design amp; execute comprehensive communications platforms, including: Editorial press and influencer marketing tools and collaterals PR activations Influencer and PR eventsAmbassador activationsCalendars/Local Activation Timelines Design local programs, preparation, and execution.
Work closely with the Digital amp; media teams to ensure a 360-degree partnership for print, digital and social media coverage.Oversee day-to-day budget management.Track, analyse, and monitor monthly print press, digital amp; influencers coverage results, identifying key insights to optimize brand strategy.Maintain a strong understanding of competitor activity and activity within the competitive beauty landscape.Working for Coty means to celebrate and liberate the diversity of beauty.

Other than that, you:Bachelor's degree.3+ years of relevant beauty PR experience.Experience in Prestige Fragrances Category.Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentational skills.
Strong planning and organizational skills with a sense of priority and attention to details.Excellent time management skills and the ability to adapt well to change and multi-task.Ability to demonstrate tact and discretion in preparing, disclosing, and handling information of a confidential nature.Demonstrate out-of-the-box thinking in approaching new and innovative ways of executing.
