Job Description Support our customer and Field Service Technicians in service cases related to PLC / PC / HMI and NETZSCH Connect via Remote ServicesSupport our customer and Field Service Technicians onsite in the field if necessaryAs part of a strong Commissioning Team for new machines in wet and dry grinding at customer's site, short travels for signal exchange with customer's SCADA system are requiredParticipation in projects and developments related to Industry 4.0Communication with other Service Support Center and engineering department worldwideOnboarding in Germany and Spain up to 3 months (not consecutive)If not traveling, you work from home Qualifications Degree in engineering, related technical degree, or equivalent training or experience in a field of technology such as electrical, electro-mechanical or similar fieldRequires a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in machine maintenancePrevious field service experience preferredSolid electrical/programming knowledgeExperience in industrial PLC environment in Siemens (optional Mitsubishi or Allen Bradley)You have already experience in remote supportKnowledge of drive technology and switchgear constructionKnowledge and experience in Software creation with Siemens S7 and TIA Portal and the Visualization Software WinCC flexibleFlexibility and up to 30-40% travel in Europe, in cases worldwide, requiredPreference for being in contact with customers and having good communication skills as well as high quality standards in your work ethic Additional Information
