This job is Barcelona based and a flexible hybrid working environment with coming to the office and WFH is our preferred way of working.

Key points that are a requirement for this job:3+ years experience in performance marketingProfessional level of English is a must, professional level of German is highly preferredLaunch, setup, management and optimization of PPC campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads)Keyword selection and audience targetingMonitor budget and adjust bids to gain better ROITrack KPIs to assess performance and pinpoint issuesMonthly reports to present KPIs, learnings and next stepsClient communication (weekly meetings and email)Grasp the latest PPC and SEM trendsCollaborate closely with our PPC and SEO team, copywriters, designers and account manager22tribes is a highly data-driven agency, you'll fit in well if you obsess about analytics and performanceYou should also be able to cover at least one of the following:SEO tech audit creation and technical fixesSEO keyword research, content briefs and onpage optimization of websitesSetup of conversion tracking for LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads and Google AdsSetup, analysis and optimization of Google Tag ManagerCRM automation with HubSpotAccount Management experience – you can manage customers yourself and have done so in the pastManagement of junior team membersAbout 22tribes:At 22tribes we are entrepreneurs at heart.
