ABOUT THE ROLE: The PPC Manager is responsible for effective management of all Pay Per Click (PPC), Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, and Video activity.
This position reports directly to the Head of PPC and sits within the Marketing team, supported by a team of growth hackers from more than 7 countries.
This role uses data to measure channel performance and determines how best to allocate marketing investment across competing opportunities.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: Managing the day-to-day delivery of Paid Marketing (Google Search, Display, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) campaigns, which includes planning, strategy development, account setup, execution, and analysis.
Leading test and learn projects to inform best practices, bringing new ideas, adding channels, and testing trends.
Scoping out and identifying new platforms, tools, and systems to improve performance.
Tracking and optimizing campaigns' ROI, managing budget, deadlines, and recommending modifications to ad spends and channel selection.
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Min.
3-5 years experience working in a similar position (highly valued in SaaS companies, ideally B2B and Lead generation).
Proven tactical and analytical skills, including the ability to interpret complex data quickly – hands-on knowledge of Google Analytics, Facebook Ad Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
Experience in running large-scale, performance-oriented PPC campaigns with a monthly budget of over €100K.
Good communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to juggle multiple projects, prioritize, meet deadlines, and be adaptable and focused.
Hands-on in Copywriting & great design taste to ensure our brand and value proposition are communicated correctly and maximize conversion.
Extensive experience managing paid search placements including SEM (text ads/PPC), Facebook ads, LinkedIn Ads.
Self-directed with a passion for continuous learning and growth, embracing the continuous improvement approach (define-measure-analyze-improve-control).
Strong teamwork orientation and ability to work with global teams across multiple time zones.
Based in Barcelona and fluent in English with one or more European languages (Spanish, German, French).
Desired but not required knowledge or capabilities: Highly valued previous experience with programmatic.
