Keep reading!What will you do:You will work with clients to understand their business needs and requirements.You will develop technical solutions that meet the different client's needs.You will implement those solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform.What we need from you:Experience:2+ years of experience in software development or IT consulting.Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate Cloud and Desktop.Experience working with clients to gather requirements and develop technical solutions.Hands-on experience with App Lifecycle Management.Experience in design and development of Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps by utilizing Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, or other databases as the backend data storage model.Experience customizing SharePoint lists and disparate systems with PowerApps.Languages:English: Fluent (Able to communicate fluently with clients and other team members).Other Languages are optional.Technical Skills:Required:Technical expertise to support recommending, designing, developing, and implementing Power Platform-based solutions primarily using PowerApps, Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate, Microsoft Teams, Power Pages, and the built-in Copilot integrations within the platform.Ability to employ various connectors to connect disparate systems to Power Platform applications.Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues.Experience automating business processes with Power Apps and Power Automate or alternatively, in the advanced use of Power BI to produce and distribute dashboards, paginated reports, and apps at an enterprise level.Power BI expertise should include connecting and transforming data from a variety of data sources, data modeling, working with out-of-the-box or custom visualizations, data gateways, drill-down and drill-through, calculated fields, establishing data hierarchies, advanced filters, slicers, and formatting.Working knowledge of API use, low-code languages (e.G., M, DAX, Python), JSON, HTML, or equivalent, within Visual Code, Developer Studio, or other dev tooling is recommended.Recommended:Familiarity with Azure services such as Azure Functions and Logic Apps
