What will you be doing? As the System Architect, you will be in charge of leading the technical solutions for our products and assuring the product goals. You will be integrated into the Tech organization, working closely with other experienced multidisciplinary engineers. You will work in a project team environment, from the requirements until the final product manufacturing. Design new products for mass production. Work with our latest models of EV chargers (supercharger, bidirectional charger, etc.). Support the transition to the manufacturing line. Incorporate existing Wallbox proprietary technologies. Support certification processes. Support the validation process of the product development. Responsibilities: Design the system's level architecture of electric vehicle (EV) charging solutions. Write down the technical requirements & technical documentation (block/functional diagrams, system's behaviour, etc.). Optimize the design to fulfill both technical and cost requirements. Collect feedback from the purchasing department in order to optimize the cost of the system definition. Technical leading of an interdisciplinary electronics design team (HW/FW/SW/ME), analyzing the technical details of all the work done within the development team. Have enough deep technical knowledge & skills to be involved in tasks with the development team. Work closely with the development team to tactically delegate some technical decisions to team members, increasing their confidence and empowering them along with the project development. Collaborate with other company functions, product definition, operations, sales, and other technical functions to meet company goals. Analyze options and specify the required tools (HW/FW/SW/ME) to develop & test the work being done. Coordinate technically with 3rd party partners that can participate in the project development.
