Drive the next generation of poultry innovation with your pioneering spirit We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Poultry Innovation Manager to join our team and make a significant impact on the future of poultry sector. As a member of our esteemed research group, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and enhancing animal welfare standards in this dynamic field. Your Key Responsibilities Contribute to translation of research results into commercial supportive material. Provide worldwide (mainly in Europe) technical support to sales managers, distributors, and customers, including trainings. Accompany sales managers in the field to design and monitor field trials of poultry products and provide technical information.Manage the technical marketing documents and communication of poultry products and collaborate in the writing and diffusion of technical and scientific articles and documents required. Support the research and development of new products (palatability and functional). Requirements: Your Background and Expertise A strong background in Animal Science with a PhD with emphasis on monogastrics nutrition (specialization in poultry). Proven experience in the poultry industry. Experience in technical service is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical audiences. Fluent in English and Spanish. Fluency in other languages is a significant plus. A highly collaborative spirit, fostering a team-oriented environment and contributing to the collective success of the group.
