Postgresql Dba - Barcelona - End Client

Our German Retail End Client is looking for a PostgreSQL DBA to join their team in Plaza Catalunya, the heart of Barcelona. You will work for one of the top 10 IT hubs in Barcelona. You will develop our PostgreSQL database service with your teammates. You will continue to operate and develop this environment and add new components to enhance the user experience You will support the development of other database services on our cloud platform Maintain and operate various technical systems for the provision of the cloud environment. Together with other teams, you will be responsible for the system environment (container orchestration, operators, monitoring and alerting, logging). Your profile: You have solid experience in working with the PostgreSQL database. You have already worked with PostgreSQL HA solution You are passionate and enthusiastic about new technologies and topics related to Linux, OpenStack and Kubernetes You support the development of more database services on our cloud platform You have very good English skills The client is offering: Permanent contract in END CLIENT. • Reduced working hours in July-August: 9-15h. • 9-15h working hours every Friday of the year. • Full medical insurance cover • Ticket Restaurant, Life and disability insurance, Wellbeing Voucher, Training, benefit for transport and kindergarden. • Language courses: English, German and Spanish Hybrid model 8 days onsite per month.
