Offer DescriptionJob position requirements (skills/languages/required experience) Doctorate in the field of Language Teaching / Plurilingual Education or in the field of Sociolinguistics / Applied Linguistics / Language Sciences.
Valuable: Higher degree in the field of Education / Language Teaching, or Sociolinguistics / Applied Linguistics / Language Sciences.Master's Degrees in the field of Education / Language Teaching, or Sociolinguistics / Applied Linguistics / Language Sciences.Intercultural or Artistic StudiesInformatics: Intermediate level (mastery of Excel and software for transcription and analysis of qualitative data).Mastery of multimodal data collection, editing and analysis tools (recording, editing and subtitling videos, etc.).Knowledge of tools and processes for the management of research presentations and publications.Languages: Spanish (min. B2)English (min. C1 and experience in writing reports and oral presentations)Other (Arabic, French, Chinese... basic notions)Experience: Experience in research and transfer projects on plurilingual education.Experience doing ethnographic research and participatory research with children, families, educators.Experience in collaborative and interdisciplinary research in formal and non-formal educational settings in contexts of diversity.Experience in language teaching with participatory and creative/artistic/multimodal methodological approaches.Experience of collaborative work in multilingual and multicultural contexts / with migrant communities.Teaching experience in plurilingual education in degrees / masters / other teacher training institutions.Experience in interactional and multimodal analysis.Other requirements: Experience in working on interdisciplinary projects to learn languages (project-based language learning), learning from relevant social problems, design research and collaborative research.Interest in the arts as an educational, expressive and research tool and in promoting plurilingualism and socioeducational inclusion.Stable residence in Catalonia for the duration of the project in order to be able to carry out ethnographic and collaborative research in situ.Time flexibility.Required documentation: DNICurriculum (in any format)Qualification (academic title/s)Letter of motivation in relation to the theme of the ALPHABETICA project and for the specific action to be developed by the UAB team: Plurilingual & Arts-based approaches for pupils' enhanced communicative competence, agency and self-expression (PLURART).• 17 hours per week (flexible distribution according to the needs of the project)
• Schedule: Mondays, from 9:00 to 14:00 and Tuesday to Friday, from 10:00 to 13:00 hours - Flexible according to the needs of the project
• Gross annual salary (salary excluding employer contributions): 25.653,60 €
